This a boneless cut, low in fat. One of the best ways to tenderize eye of round steaks is to marinade and braise it to medium rare. Requires low and slow cooking so it’s not ideal for the grill.

All grass fed beef. Our cattle eat only pasture in the summer and hay in the winter-- no grains, no GMO's, antibiotics or hormones.

Grass fed beef contains two to four times more of Omega-3 than grain fed beef. This has many benefits, including reducing the chances of heart disease, depression, ADD, Alzheimer’s disease and cancer. Grass-fed beef is three to five times higher in cancer-fighting conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). Vitamin E and beta-carotene are also much higher.
